Lazy and Slow

With all of finals comming and such I really fell behind! My last crit on Code Geass was on ep 21 and 25 is airing tomarrow. Its still looking like it might not end up being as good as I had hoped. . . . . . but they have one more ep!! At least in all else my favorite coupling has had a ADORABLE scene in both ep 23 and 24!! CC and Lulu! PLEASE have a HUG or a KISS sunday morning!! PLEASE!! Sunrise seems to make the best couples!! I mean Athrun and Cagalli and CC and Lulu are my favorite favorite couples ever. PLEASE end them well!! If they do I think my AMV making will be doomed to be of them for a while! ^^

Code Geass R2 Episode 21

Wow, thats all I can say. This is gonna be a roller coaster of an ending to this season. Who saw this comming at all? It was a risky plot development for Sunrise in my opinion but so far they seem to not be doing to to over board. But they still have 5 episodes left. We'll see if this show makes it to my top 5.
Though this ep had a few epic fails. I mean I'm sorry but there is NO way that Suzaku could have KICKED those metal SPEARS into pieces. Maybe if his SWORD hadn't gone MIA it would have made sense. . . . . but it didn't. Also I know a lot of people think that the whole concept with Marianne and Charles was rushed and made no sense. Maybe it was just me but I've figured since the beginning that Charles's ambitions would probably be really weird. I do think they did it a little fast, but thats ok. I didn't want to dwell on the concept. I think that would have made it worse.
Still, CC is back, and Lulu is now reigning Emporer. Whats next! (minus the dorky looking white outfit).

Oh and on a last note. . . . I finally did a resonable picture screencap of an episode! Yeah!!

This is a week that has me wishing it would be over and at the same time wishing it was slower. Darn you school! Darn you fandomness!! Code Geass is enter in the final stretch this season. Its throwing curve balls at us every week. I'm getting bruises. But if this show finishes as strong as it has been going this is gonna have to bump one of my top 5 outta there. Its really going well. Great great great character development!!!!

On a side note Vampire Knight should be comming out in the next few days with a new chapter. We can only hope that this time they actually get some STORY done and not just confuse us with all the pretty lines. I still don't really know what happened last time. Only that Zero now has the power to control thorny vines. >,<

Sorry been busy with school and forgot about my attempt to continuously blog. I think thats cause no one comments. Thats ok, I don't write anything too interesting anyways.

Still I must say that Lulu can NOT catch a break!! CC is gone, his sister is gone, Rolo is gone, Shirley is gone, Suzaku, and now finally the Black Knights have left him. Its soooo saddening!! I mean I love seeing boys in pain but this is getting ridiculous!! Why Sunrise? Why!!

Code Geass R2 Episode 16

So this week we got to see the result of what happened in that other dimension. Unlike all hopes, the Emperor is NOT dead and C.C. has been sent back to when she was just a slave girl with no knowledge of Geass.

SuzakuxKallen had a little luving this time around. Her smackdown of Suzaku was just tooo precious. I love how their love-hate relationship is going right now. I seriously hope they can become an item in the end.

There was also enough C.C.xLulu to suffice that fanbase as well. Stripping, blood, and jiggly eyes all in one episode!!! I call that a good diversity!!

The only thing I have to finally be annoyed of this show by is their incredible love of cliffhangers. I mean I KNOW they need to to ensure their numbers stay up but these last 4-5 episodes have been extremely stressful!!

14. Lulu is stuck in other world with his Father
15. C.C doesn't know Lulu <-- ok maybe that was only stressful to the fans of that couple like myself!
16. Suzaku is going to meet Lulu

We'll see where Sunrise leaves us hanging next week.

Code Geass R2 Episode 15

So I was so anxious to see this one subbed. I always watch it RAW and I can normally guess whats going on (my Japanese is VERY basic). But this one is such a monologue centered one I had no real idea what was happeneing. When it finally got subbed my inner fangirl was happy. I got both of some SuzakuxKallen and C.C.xLulu in this one!!

I'm a little worried about the whole C.C. losing her memory thing but thats ok. They've done such a great job with this show thus far I'm sure they'll pull it through wonderfully!! I adored her little freak out speech when she woke up near the very end. I loved how the fact that she could count to 20 and that she had cleaned dead bodies before was in her verbal resume!! I can't wait to see poor Lulu struggling with her. My theory with it right now is that when Lelouch's father, Charles, was doing the necessary procedure to 'kill' her he had killed the part of her that had formed after she had gained Geass, and when Lulu stopped him, that part of her didn't come back. She seems to be acting like a poor young slave girl at the moment, which is what she seemed to have been before the Nun found her.

The Ending

Well Avatar the Last Airbender has concluded. I'm both happy and sad to see it end. It kinda feels like a part of my life is over. Now I have to wait for the next thing to obsess over.

I adored the movie. Its so kick-a** I could hardly contain my joy watching it. We had a few friends over and all I can say is that we had a VERY loud house. We were screaming, debating, squealing, and such during the whole thing.

You can tell with the movie why the production quality of some of the other episodes this season were lower. Its cause they put all the budget and time into this gloriously beautiful movie. The effects were so stunning!! Plus some of the ways they used bending was amazing!! I love Anng's rock machine gun and vortex of elements, Katara's freezing of herself and Azula, all the old men kicking butt, and of course (my favorite) iron man Toph!! The only thing bad to me was that the Lion Turtle was almost impossibe to understand. We only got most of it because each one of us caught a different 5th word. So we kinda got a hint from each other what he was saying.

I'm still sad to see Zuko with Mae at the end but we all knew it was gonna happen! Oh well, at least their was a loverly Katanng kiss at the end!! Way to precious!! I wanna draw teenage water-air kids so bad right now!!

This is a little sketch I've been working on in my excitement though. Just need to color it now!

The countdown to the comet is down to just the movie! SWEET!! I can't wait to see it tonight. Last night they played 17, where the group goes and watches a play that parodies the show thus far and then ends with the fire lord winning.

Things that were Awesome!!
The casting of each of the characters was awesome!! Anng as a woman and the muscle-bound male Toph were my favorites. I also about died when my favorite pairing got a moment on screen!! GO Zoph Tako!!!!! (Toph and Zuko) When she hit him and said that that was how she showed affection I had a major squealing session! I know that my couple is not going to be together but little things like that make me happy.

Things that were Bad?
Ok not bad but weird. First it took them 6 whole episodes to bring on the Katanng issues involving the kiss during the Invasion. Lame. Then Katara was a little. . . . how to say this, betchy.

Still out of the new episodes that aired this week I think this one was one of the stronger ones of the 5. Nothing compared to the Boiling Rock, but better than Western Air Temple and The Southern Raiders.
